Manchester United fans have made their thoughts on James Maddison clear after the Leicester City midfielder's starring role in the 1-1 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
A strong performance for Maddison in the capital naturally led to the playmaker trending on Twitter during and after the Super Sunday clash on Sky Sports.
Mason Mount opened the scoring for Chelsea before Wilfred Ndidi hit back for Leicester but it was Maddison who gained the most traction on social media post-match.
The 22-year-old was heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford during the summer transfer window and whilst United were interested in the player, they never made a bid.
But when next summer rolls around, United fans are desperate to see Maddison make the switch from Leicester to Old Trafford .
