Manchester United fans remember what Sir Alex Ferguson said about Mino Raiola after Paul Pogba statement

One of this summer's biggest transfer sagas shows no sign of ending as Manchester United continue to stand firm with their stance on Paul Pogba.

United have no intention of selling the French midfielder despite the player's desire to leave, coupled with interest in him from Real Madrid and Juventus.

Mino Raiola confirmed his client's intention to move on in an interview with The Times over the weekend and he returned to the limelight with a statement read out on talkSPORT on Tuesday morning.

“Pogba has done nothing wrong, he has been respectful and professional in every way," Raiola said. "The club knows his feeling for a long time. It’s a shame other people only like to criticise [Pogba] without right the information.

“I’m sorry that the club does not take any position against this. Hopefully there will soon be a satisfying solution for all parties.”

Sir Alex Ferguson once described Raiola as a 's*** bag' and fans were quick to back that claim up after the 51-year-old's latest comments.

Someone shut him up.

Don't deal with him again.

Toxic.

Snake.

He's bad news.
