With pre-season in full swing and the new Premier League season on the horizon, Manchester United have officially launched their new Adidas away kit for the 2019/20 campaign, and it's garnered a mixed reaction from supporters.
The kit breaks away from the traditional colours United tend to use for their away kits, and instead used a 'fresh savannah-toned aesthetic' with a patterned design that 'takes its inspiration from the many mosaics that adorn the streets of Manchester's creative district, the Northern Quarter.'
It is on sale in the official United store.
United usually go through a cycle of using white, black and blue for their away strips but have decided to break the mould this season with the beige design, which is reminiscent of the gold and black away kit from the 2001/02 season.
As well as the prime 'savannah' it features black trimming on the crewneck collar, cuffs and trademark Adidas three strippes. The United badge is also blacked out rather than the traditional colours.
The socks are the same colour scheme as the shirt, though the shorts are black with savannah trimming.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will wear the shirt for the first time when they play their first friendly of pre-season against Perth Glory on Saturday.
United have already released their new home kit for the coming season but are yet to reveal the third kit.
