Manchester United fans have praised Paul Pogba for his display after coming off the bench to make his return from injury in the 2-0 defeat to Watford.
The World Cup winner made his first appearance since the 1-1 draw with Arsenal at the end of September, starting on the bench and coming on for the final 26 minutes at Vicarage Road.
However, he was unable to prevent United from suffering a fifth defeat in the Premier League this season, with Watford scoring through Ismaila Sarr and Troy Deeney.
The result brought an end to United's six-match unbeaten streak in all competitions and leaves Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side with their worst points return at Christmas since 1989.
While the result and overall performance was certainly one to forget, many highlighted Pogba 's cameo as a bright spark in an otherwise woeful day for United.
Plenty took to social media to share their view, with Pogba's return certainly being a boost for the upcoming fixtures against Newcastle United, Burnley and Arsenal.
