Manchester United fans have been sharing their reaction to the news that Dean Henderson is not in the matchday squad to face Aston Villa in the FA Cup.
Henderson, who is seen as United's backup goalkeeper at Old Trafford, was thought to be likely to start against Steven Gerrard's side because of it being the cup.
However, Ralf Rangnick has decided to opt for first choice 'keeper David De Gea, while the former Sheffield United loanee has not even made it on to the bench.
The German has chosen Tom Heaton, seen as many as the third choice at Old Trafford, to feature on the bench this evening.
As such, Henderson has been omitted from the United squad when he was widely expected to start. The 24-year-old was unwell last week but trained on Sunday.
The MEN previously revealed Ajax are interested in taking him on loan and other loan spells away from the club have also been muted as possibilities.
And his absence this evening has led to fans speculating over his United future.
