Manchester United fans react to David de Gea injury for Spain

Manchester United fans can't believe their luck after David de Gea was forced off the field with a suspected groin problem during Spain's EURO 2020 qualifier against Sweden.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is already sweating on the fitness of a number of key players ahead of this weekend's crucial Premier League clash against Liverpool.

De Gea's problem adds to the mounting list of injury worries that United must deal with as Paul Pogba, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw are all set to be assessed ahead of Sunday's fixture.

The extent of the injury is currently unknown but the Spaniard may be ruled out of contention.

While United fans are devastated that De Gea may be unable to play, they have faith in his replacement - Sergio Romero - to step into his shoes at Old Trafford.
