Manchester United secured their first Premier League victory at Old Trafford this season with a 1-0 triumph against West Brom on Saturday.
Bruno Fernandes' penalty, at the second attempt, was enough to see off Slaven Bilic's Baggies, who are still awaiting their first win of the campaign.
Victory was enough to to lift United into the top half of the Premier League standings, with Fernandes catching the eye once again.
While it was his goal that decided the match, fans noticed something else from the performance of the Portugal international that caught their eye.
In the second half of the match, Fernandes cut inside from the left and lofted a superb pass over the top of the visiting defence to find midfield partner Juan Mata.
The Spaniard attempted to cut the ball back across the face of goal to Anthony Martial but it was blocked, with Sam Johnstone then collecting the loose ball.
So, while it didn't quite lead to a glorious moment for United, it didn't go unnoticed by the supporters and many took to social media to hail Fernandes for his brilliance.
Fernandes has been in fine form so far this season in the Premier League for United, scoring six goals and contributing three assists in eight appearances.
With passes like the one he played to Mata against West Brom, there's no reason why his assist tally should decline anytime soon.
