Manchester United fans rate Daniel James first Premier League start

Manchester United shared a dramatic 1-1 draw with Wolves at Molineux on Monday evening and Daniel James was naturally one of the main talking points.

Anthony Martial opened the scoring for the Red Devils after Marcus Rashford's neat pass, before United seemingly took control of the contest.

However, Wolves began the second half with renewed vigour and equalised thanks to a wonder goal by Ruben Neves from outside the box, with the ball bouncing in off the bar.

United weathered the storm and fought back into the contest but couldn't edge past Nuno Espirito Santo's men, who produced a strong second-half performance. Paul Pogba did earn a penalty in the second half but his spot-kick was saved.

Whilst James, who made his first United Premier League start since making a £15m switch from Swansea City this summer, didn't star, he was heavily discussed as always.

He picked up a yellow card in the first half for a dive and whilst he showed his pace at times, Wolves dealt well with the winger.

United fans expect more from the 21-year-old but the majority acknowledge that he must be given time. Here is the best of the reaction from fans on James.
