Aaron Wan-Bissaka has seriously impressed Manchester United fans with his performances in pre-season, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side won four from four on their tour of Australia and Asia.
The youngster from Crystal Palace is one of just two new signings secured by United this summer, along with Daniel James, with both players lauded for their displays so far.
United fans have been quick to indicate that United haven't conceded a goal while Wan-Bissaka has been on the pitch in pre-season. The only strike the Reds have let in came in the second half of yesterday's 2-1 win over Tottenham, from Lucas Moura. But Wan-Bissaka had been one of 11 substitutes made by Solskjaer at the break in Shanghai and wasn't on the pitch when that goal went in.
Some United supporters have also pointed towards Wan-Bissaka's tackling success rate, which was 100 per cent against Spurs.
The 21-year-old also caught the eye in United's wins over Perth Glory, Leeds United and Inter Milan, with fans convinced that he's already a great signing, having been signed for £45million (rising to £50million with add ons) from Palace.
Wan-Bissaka arrived at United renowned for his tackling, having earned the nickname 'The Spider' with his new teammates almost immediately.
Teammate Scott McTominay called the full back's tackling ability "ridiculous", while Wan-Bissaka said earlier this month: “'The Spider' is about the range and length of my legs when I'm lunging to tackle the ball. That's where the nickname comes from."
