Manchester United fans notice same thing about Daniel James' pre-season sprint test

If Manchester United fans weren't excited by the prospect of Daniel James' speed on the counter attack next season, then a video showing him in a sprint test will go some way to convincing them.

James, a £15million signing from Swansea, is known for his pace on the wing, especially after a video from last season went viral showing him sprint the length of the pitch to turn a defensive corner into a breakaway solo goal.

United fans will be hoping he can inject some life into their attack this season, and will have been impressed when the club tweeted a video of a sprint test during pre-season training in Australia.

James is shown hitting high speeds as his teammates train around him, which got fans excited about seeing their new signing in action next season in the Premier League.

But fans also had a theory that James was not even travelling at full speed during the video - something which would make him even more dangerous.
