Manchester United fans have been making the same joke about Alexis Sanchez following the latest update regarding his future at the club.
The Chile international has failed to ever get going at Old Trafford following his high profile move from Arsenal and is now on loan with Inter Milan in Italy.
Despite his inconsistencies at the club Ole Gunnar Solskjaer stated: "Alexis will come back in the summer and will prove us all wrong," ahead of next season.
As expected United fans were left baffled by the unexpected update on Friday morning and many are already rolling their eyes at the prospect of Sanchez being likened to a new summer signing later this year.
