Manchester United fans want defender Luke Shaw to take on his 'agent Shaw' persona after he was filmed enjoying a summer holiday with transfer target Declan Rice.
The duo spent the summer together with the England squad during Euro 2020, performing brilliantly as the Three Lions made it to the final before losing to Italy on penalties at Wembley Stadium.
Now on their summer holidays, United fans were alerted to the fact that the popular left-back is holidaying with United's top midfield target for the summer and encouraged him to try and persuade the 22-year-old West Ham man to move to Old Trafford this summer.
A video circulated on social media shows Shaw and Rice joined by fellow England teammates Mason Mount and Kyle Walker as well as former Love Island star Josh Denzel having dinner together in Mykonos, Greece.
They all seem to be having a great time, with the video showing them all banging on the table as a topless Walker joins the crowd in belting out the lyrics to 'Sweet Caroline', the adopted anthem of England fans during the international tournament this summer.
But United fans have their club priorities at the front of their mind and believe Shaw could be getting close to a future teammate.
A move for Rice is unlikely to materialise this summer without a change of circumstances, with the Hammers setting an asking price of £90m for their vice-captain. Manchester United have identified alternative options, such as Eduardo Camavinga for the role but Rice remains the number one target.
