Manchester United fans have transfer theory after Erling Haaland shirt signing picture

Manchester United fans are convinced Erling Haaland will be joining the cub in the January transfer window after he posted a picture of him signing the club's kit on social media.

Haaland sent fans wild on Tuesday night when he uploaded a picture of himself autographing a United home shirt from the current 2019/20 season.

The 19-year-old posted the image to his own Instagram, along with pictures of him signing other club shirts, including that of his current club Salzburg.

Haaland also signed a 1999-00 Leeds United replica shirt his father, Alf Inge, wore, as well as a Napoli shirt. Haaland is believed to have signed the shirt at a fan event in Bryne, Norway.

However, eagle-eyed supporters noticed the Norway international was wearing different clothes when signing the United kit and some fans believe the other photos were only taken afterwards to play down speculation of an imminent move.

Something fishy about it

Good point

On the move?

Something to hide?

Covering his tracks

Doesn't make sense

A matter of time?

Transfer confirmed?
