Manchester United fans think Harry Kane could sign for the Reds next year after he snubbed a move to Manchester City.
Kane announced on Wednesday afternoon that it was his intention to stay at Tottenham this season after a summer of uncertainty surrounding his future, in which United's rivals City had emerged as the front runners for the 28-year-old's signature.
The news that Kane has now accepted he'll remain in London has been a crushing blow to City's hopes of signing a centre-forward before deadline day, but it's undoubtedly good news for United who are looking to mount a serious title challenge this term.
Mason Greenwood and Edinson Cavani, 34, will be tasked with the responsibility of leading United's attack, however, with the latter set to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, supporters believe Kane could actually sign for United next summer.

United fans took to social media to suggest Kane could end up playing for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer instead of Pep Guardiola.
It's worth noting, Kane's lucrative contract at Tottenham expires in the summer of 2024.
