Manchester United fans have hammered Ashley Young after his defending in the first-half against Barcelona on Tuesday night.
The England international returned to the United starting line up for the Champions League quarter-final second-leg and many supporters were left wishing he hadn't.
Young started at left-back in the absence of Luke Shaw, and it is safe to say he came off second best in his personal duel with Lionel Messi.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 's side had started the match superbly but fell behind after a superb piece of skill from the Argentine took it past Young before he finished beautifully into the bottom corner of the goal.
Messi's finish was phenomenal but supporters were left feeling frustrated by Young's involvement in the goal.
