Manchester United fans go wild as Declan Rice reacts to Jadon Sancho's latest Instagram post

Jadon Sancho's time at Manchester United is officially up and running.

The England international, for the first time since completing his big-money move to Old Trafford from Borussia Dortmund last month, trained at the club's Carrington training base on Monday, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side look to step up their preparations ahead of Saturday's Premier League opener against Leeds United.

The club released a series of images across their social media channels of their newest recruit getting down to business at his new home, with supporters ecstatic to see him donning United training gear and getting ready for the season ahead.

But it wasn't just United's supporters that sent messages to Sancho when he decided to upload some images of himself going through his first training session to his Instagram page. That is because he also attracted comments and messages from fellow players and friends.

One of them happened to come from United transfer target and current West Ham United player Declan Rice, who knows Sancho from the time they have spent together on international duty.

Although Rice did not send Sancho a message using words, he did send him an emoji, that being the flame, suggesting that Sancho was on fire as he got to grips with his first United training session. That comment prompted plenty of responses from United fans.

Taking all of the above messages into account, it is clear that several United supporters are desperate to see the club add Rice to the squad before the end of the summer transfer window.

United won't be signing Rice this summer as West Ham value the player at around £100million.

Nevertheless, United supporters are refusing to give up on their dream of seeing the England ace swap London for Manchester before the end of the window later this month.
