After being pulled to the ground by his shoulder by Canaries right-back Max Aarons, Ronaldo smashed home his third goal in as many games to score his first goal under Ralf Rangnick.
Up against penalty-saving specialist Tim Krul, Ronaldo smashed his right-footed effort into the right side of the goal, sending the Dutchman the wrong way.
It was an emphatic strike from the Portuguese star, taking his tally of goals for the season in all competitions to 13, seven of which have now come in the Premier League.
