Manchester United fans give unanimous verdict on 'leaked' 2020/21 third kit

Manchester United fans aren't happy after new images reportedly showing the third kit for next season leaked online.

FootyHeadlines have released images of the Adidas-made shirt, which is in a bold zebra print, 'dazzle camo' design.

The new images feature a similar design to the first images that were leaked in March but there have been subtle changes.

Firstly, the black and white pattern is far less prominent, with thicker black lines favoured to the smaller lines in the first design.

The red collar has also been changed to white and the iconic three Adidas stripes are present at the top of the shirt.

Both the Adidas logo and United badge are also featured in red.

United fans believe this design is much better than the first leaked images but still feel Adidas could have done better.

The 2020/21 campaign will be the last season in which United are using Chevrolet as the main sponsors of their jersey.

United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and managing director Richard Arnold gave an update on the search for a new shirt sponsor back in February.

"We’ve communicated previously that the shirt process is underway and ongoing," said Arnold, speaking on an investors' call.

"We’ve communicated previously that only at the point at which a deal is concluded, as you would expect, given its material information, we will announce that in the usual way. That hasn’t happened. And concurrently, we’ve also indicated that we won’t be providing running commentary on how that process and the associated negotiations are proceeding.

"So beyond speculation from the press, there is nothing further I can add in respect of that ongoing process."
