Manchester United fans give Anthony Elanga transfer advice after starlet scores again

Manchester United fans generally agree that Anthony Elanga would benefit from a loan move next season rather than staying with the Under-23s.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer officially promoted Elanga to United's first-team squad in May and the young forward made his debut against Leicester in the Premier League, while he was handed another start against Wolves on the final day of the campaign - an opportunity he seized with a goal.

Elanga, 19, was held in extremely high regard in the Reds' academy setup, but he's looked more than comfortable playing among United's senior professionals which is testament to his ability and he continues to go from strength to strength.

His upward curve is continuing on the international stage, with Elanga scoring again for Sweden's U21s on Tuesday evening, finding himself in space before expertly heading home - reminiscent of his goal against Wolves.

Elanga's electric form has sent United fans into a frenzy, but most think the exciting youngster should go out on loan next season.

Should Elanga head out on loan next season? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

"I just have to keep working hard in training. How I train is how I play, so if I train very hard I will play very well. But right now my focus is on the U21 national team here," Elanga said to Fotbollskanalen this week when asked about his immediate future. "Then, when this get-together is over, I will sit down with the club and discuss what is best for me for next season."
