International breaks are rarely fun for club supporters and this one has been no different for Manchester United fans.

Raphael Varane's injury in the first half of France's UEFA Nations League Final against Spain saw him come off, with no update as to how long he will be out for.

The defender looked free of pain during the post-match celebrations but fans took to Twitter in the immediate aftermath and were fearing the worst.

Ince criticises Solskjaer

Former United midfielder Paul Ince has pulled no punches when it comes to his assessment on the Donny van de Beek situation.

Van de Beek has struggled to break into the first team since he arrived from Dutch side Ajax last summer for £34million.

The midfielder has featured in three of United's 10 games and started two of them.

Ince has now come out and hit out over Solskjaer's handling of Van de Beek.

Pallister is worried

Ex-United defender Gary Pallister is worried he may be diagnosed with dementia.

Football has seen a rise in former players being diagnosed with the disease, with heading the ball believed to be a major factor.

Speaking to the Sunday Telegraph, Pallister said he has been thinking that he's 'a prime candidate for dementia.'
