Manchester United fans divided over Paul Pogba future after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's prediction

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said he expects Paul Pogba to remain at the club beyond this summer amid speculation linking the French midfielder with a big-money move to Real Madrid.

Madrid, like United, are expected to overhaul their squad in the summer and Pogba is believed to be one of their top targets.

The 26-year-old was on Madrid's radar before he joined United in 2016 and Solskjaer was asked in his press conference ahead of Sunday's game against Chelsea what he sees happening with Pogba at the end of the season.

"You can't guarantee anything in football but yes, I think Paul is going to be here, I can assure you he's now very determined to succeed at Man United," Solskjaer said.

Pogba divides opinion with United supporters, with some believing him to be the club's best player and others regularly questioning his attitude.

Predictably, the responses to Solskjaer's comments on Twitter were contrasting.

He should go - and with good reason.

Keep him at any cost.

He's lazy... let him go.

Useless.

His teammates at United just aren't good enough.

Simple.

Get some decent players alongside him.
