Manchester United fans demand midfield signing to transform squad

Manchester United fans have demanded the club to complete a deal to sign James Maddison from Leicester next summer.

United are still monitoring the 22-year-old over a potential move after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side failed to bolster their midfield this year.

Having failed to replace both Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera in midfield United are keen on adding a new central option to their squad, and it seems Maddison is the dream addition for many.

The English midfielder put in a mixed display as United defeated Leicester at the weekend and after the game plenty of supporters urged the club to make a move for Maddison.

Not only would he fit in with the transfer policy of the Norwegian coach but fans believe Maddison could transform their entire squad with his attacking quality.
