Manchester United fans have been left fuming with the fact that they got Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League last 16 stage whilst Chelsea were drawn against Lille, with there appearing to be an error in the way they draw was conducted.
Some are even calling for a re-draw after there were errors in UEFA's system for this draw that turned out to be a bit of a shambles.
It all unfolded as somehow United were initially drawn against Villarreal, despite being in the same group in the previous stage, before being pulled out against Mauricio Pochettino's Paris Saint-Germain outfit.
It also appears that United's ball was left out of a possible draw against Atletico Madrid, with one for Liverpool incorrectly added.
Many are saying that the Red Devils were put in the wrong pot initially for proceedings and that was the reason for this certain mishap but it is clear that fans of the Manchester based club want action regarding a possible re-draw.
Here's the best of the reaction to the re-draw demands that are circulating around United fans' social media.
Famous fan @markgoldbridge tweeted: 'I just don't see how they can't do a redraw? The whole world has evidence it was an invalid draw. Can't have UEFA doing that.'
@mufc__sam followed this up: 'I don't mind drawing PSG, but there *has* to be a redraw. I don't even care if we get PSG again, to be honest, they just need to do it so that every team is in every possible draw that they can be in.'
@oliver_wakelon gives his two word verdict to the re-draw demand: 'So true.'
@InsqneMagic put: 'It doesn’t even surprise me. The UEFA is rigged from top to bottom. If they’re going to cheat at least do it right.'
Chelsea fans were quick to mock their Premier League opposition with @Imkay10000 kicking off the reaction: 'Its UCL pal, dont cry and trust your team to beat psg...its better to go out early in ucl if you are not winning it.'
@blue_ldn questioned: 'You’re really scared of Messi aren’t you.'
@Kluytsss makes a good point: 'if it wasn't against you, you wouldn't be complaining, shush.'
@ripbongscfc mocked: 'I’ve never seen a fanbase so scared of a team?'
