Manchester United fans have heaped praise on Paul Pogba after another scintillating display at Euro 2020 despite France bowing out of the tournament.
Many on social media raised questioned as to why the Pogba in the French national team is starkly different to the one who plays at United — and justifiably so after another dazzling display at the tournament.
The French midfielder dictated the game against Switzerland on Monday night.
According to the stats, Pogba won 100 per cent tackles, completed 92 per cent of his passes, made 88 touches, 11 ball recoveries and completed five out of six take-ons (most in the game) as well as creating four chances created (equal most in the game).
Pogba put the icing on the cake with a scorching strike into the back of the net from long-range, which many have already dubbed as the goal of the tournament.
The performance would have been one for the ages if France did not crash out of the competition.
Nonetheless, many United fans took to Twitter to sing their praises for United 's French international. This is what they said:
Following the performance many also questioned why Pogba cannot emulate his performances at international level for United.
