Manchester United continue to be linked with a move for the Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans as their search for a new central midfielder goes on.
United are a man light in that position following Ander Herrera's departure and it was reported by Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur on Saturday morning the Reds have been in touch with Tielemans' agent over a potential transfer.
A lot is said to depend on whether or not Paul Pogba leaves the club, with Real Madrid and Juventus continually linked with the Frenchman.
Tielemans made a big impression in the Premier League last season having spent the second half of the campaign on loan at Leicester.
The 21-year-old scored three goals and notched five assists including a goal in the Foxes' 3-0 win over Arsenal at the end of April.
Leicester are understood to want to keep hold of him but with United circling they would surely have their work cut out to persuade him to move to the King Power over Old Trafford.
United's fan are understandably excited at the prospect of him joining the club.
