Manchester United fans all raise same issue as injury crisis revealed before Leicester City clash

Manchester United fans have reacted to the injury crisis that has hit their team ahead of this weekend's game against Leicester City.

Many United fans are concerned that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's squad is not deep enough to cope with the sheer number of absences, with Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw and Paul Pogba all out of the Old Trafford clash.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Jesse Lingard are also doubts for the Leicester game, while longer-term injury absentees include Diogo Dalot and Eric Bailly remain sidelined.

Solskjaer, in his , suggested the likes of Ashley Young, Juan Mata and Nemanja Matic will need to step up to replace key stars.

Pogba and Martial will be arguably the biggest misses, though Solskjaer suggested they could be back in time for the visit to West Ham United next week.

United have struggled even with a fully fit squad so far this season, dropping points in their games against Southampton, Crystal Palace and Wolves.

And fans' concerns have only been exacerbated by the revelation that several key stars will miss the showdown with Brendan Rodgers' in-form Foxes, who are currently third in the Premier League with eight points from four games.

Here's what they've said:

Solskjaer said: "Well, you’ve got players who can come in with loads of experience, Juan (Mata), Nemanja (Matic) and Ash (Young) who didn’t start the first game and have got to step up and the average age might go up."
