Harry, 28, wore a smart shirt and grey blazer jacket for the occasion while little sister Daisy looked every inch the dazzling birthday girl.
She looked stunning a white satin dress featuring a one-shoulder detail and high split.
Daisy also wore a sash to her party as she arrived holding a friend's hand.
Also joining in the celebrations was Burnley goalkeeper Nick Pope who hobbled on crutches and Jack Grealish's girlfriend Sasha Attwood was snapped making her way to venue.
The model was rocking a little black dress for the evening, adding a splash of colour with green strappy heels and a matching bag.
Anouska Santos, who is the partner of United left-back Luke Shaw, was also out to celebrate Daisy's birthday, arriving in a glam white ensemble.
And it appears the group got a bit peckish as multiple boxes of Dominos pizzas arrived at the swanky venue.
The celebrations were a stark contrast to what Harry would have experienced on Saturday after United lost the latest derby.
