Chelsea welcome Manchester United to Stamford Bridge a week on Monday in what promises to be a game with massive top-four implications.
While the Blues hope to have Christian Pulisic available for selection, the visitors are sweating on the fitness of several key players.
Marcus Rashford will certainly miss the game in the capital because of a back injury, but Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay have been making good progress ahead of the trip.
But it would appear that the game in west London will come too soon for the midfield duo as head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has opted to leave both out of United's warm weather training camp.
"They'll have a week or so off and we've got more days [rest] because we're playing Chelsea on the Monday," Solskjaer said, as per the Manchester Evening News. "So we'll get together on the Saturday and we'll have a good camp, working on different things.
"Of course, we've got a few new players, hopefully we can integrate them into the squad.
"[The players] have been fantastic. We've had to, with all the injuries we've had, rely on many of these to maybe play more games than they should, and they've been brilliant.
"Yes, we've had ups and downs, but it shows that we do miss the injured players so, yeah, it'll be a nice break and I think it's about time we had that in England.
"I think all teams will get their energy levels back."
Just six points separate the two teams in the table and the onus is on the Red Devils to win the game in order to reignite their top-four bid which has stuttered since the turn of the year.
Solskjaer's side have already lost 2-0 three times in the league in 2020 and were held to a goalless draw by Wolves at Old Trafford last time out.
However, the Norwegian does have the upper hand when it comes to facing his opposite number Frank Lampard.
United have beaten the Blues twice already this season, a 4-0 win on the opening weekend of the Premier League campaign and then a 2-1 success at the Bridge in the Carabao Cup back in October.
A third straight loss at the hands of United this term could see the Blues' top-four lead cut to a single point depending on Tottenham Hotspur's result against Aston Villa.
