Manchester United academy graduate Ro-Shaun Williams is on the move in League One - after swapping Shrewsbury for Doncaster Rovers.
The 22-year-old progressed through the academy ranks at Old Trafford, but then departed in the summer of 2019, having failed to make a single senior appearance for the club.
Williams spent the last two seasons with the Shrews, where he played close to 100 games in all competitions.
As attentions turn to the 2021/2022 campaign, though, the centre-back has switched to Doncaster as the South Yorkshire side targets promotion under newly-appointed manager Richie Wellens.
Following a promising push for the play-offs last term, the Keepmoat Stadium outfit slipped away from contention after former manager Darren Moore opted to join Sheffield Wednesday.
Upon completing his transfer, Williams told the Doncaster website: "The club showed interest in me and, with the manager coming in, the talks progressed. Once we'd spoken, I just wanted to get the deal done.
"The manager played a big role in me wanting to come here, he's got big plans and his ambition matches mine.
"He said a lot of good things and he feels that he can improve me, he wants hard-working, humble players which is what I think I am."

A regular in the club's academy sides and Under-23s during his time at United, Manchester-born Williams switched to Shrewsbury ahead of the 2019/2020 season.
Over two years there, the former England U19 international clocked up 81 appearances in League One.
Williams has now put pen-to-paper on a two-year deal with Doncaster, where he is the club's third summer signing.
