Manchester United 2019/20 third kit 'leaked'

Manchester United's third kit for the upcoming 2019/20 season made by Adidas appears to have been leaked.

The Kitman published a story on Tuesday containing images which, they claim, are of United's third kit - which they will wear in domestic and European competitions next season, should their home and away kits clash with an opposition team's home kit.

It's reported that the shirt in question pays homage to United's first ever FA Cup victory in 1909. United beat Bristol City 1-0 in that final and as both teams wore red the FA ordered them to wear new kits for the game.

United didn't wear black, however, like the 'leaked' new kit and actually wore white shirts with a red V-stripe on the front. Whereas Bristol wore blue.

The kits were also adorned with the red rose of Lancashire and the apparent new third shirt does take inspiration from that with a subtle rose pattern.

The classic Adidas stripes on the shoulders of the kit are also black where as the United badge and Adidas logo are in red. The logo of shirt sponsors Chevrolet is in the middle of the jersey.

The leak comes in the aftermath of United's away kit for next season also being 'leaked.'
