A Manchester-headquartered ID verification company has been acquired by a Los Angeles-based counterpart.
Acuant, an identity verification, document authentication and fraud prevention technology services provider, has completed the acquisition of Hello Soda for an undisclosed sum.
Hello Soda, which also has offices in Austin, Texas, and Bangkok, is a global provider of identity verification and KYC solutions with a focus on the European and Asian markets.
The company has "deep expertise" in eMoney and gaming while its customers include VirginBet, Klarna and Paysafe.
