The Manchester-headquartered group behind the likes of Chop'd, Knomo and Skylab is to launch a new office in the heart of London.
Inc & Co has said its expansion will enable it "to better support it’s businesses across the capital as they embark upon their vital journeys to recovery".
The move follows on from the recent acquisition of a number of London-based brands, including accessories firm Knomo London and sustainable high street eatery Chop’d.
The new London team will support around 240 members of the staff across the UK focusing exclusively on developing resilient workplace cultures, personal development and training, and building people-centric strategies for the future.
Head of people Lynne Makinson-Walsh said: "As we grow, and with the new acquisitions of Knomo London and Chop’d, there has been a definite need for us to build a fully in-house people team to create a presence in London, which will grow with our companies.
"We are keen to be there to offer support, helping to build teams, develop new managers, and enable teams to grow in a way that empowers them to deliver great things.
"We believe that we’re all stronger together, and right now, we all need a little extra strength as we enter this critical period of recovery."
The new office will be located at Mandeville Place while the business also has bases in Leeds and Bath.
Inc & Co was founded in 2019 by chief executive Jack Mason and its brands also include Wood for Trees, Insight, My Life Digital, Cuhu, Laundrapp and Brass.
