Manchester digital agency CTI moves office to accommodate company growth

CTI Digital has announced it will relocate its head office, which will be double in size to accommodate the company’s growth.

The Manchester-based digital agency will move into its new premises at the newly-refurbished Two Express on George Leigh Street in Ancoats in Q4 this year.

The announcement comes after CTI saw a record-breaking sales quarter and new client wins, which led to the acquisition of eCommerce agency Nublue.

CTI Digital CEO Nick Rhind, said: “We have been based on Dale Street since 2014 but, as we realise our ambitious growth strategy, it became clear that we needed to invest in a new home.

“We chose Two Express for its massive square footage all on one floor, as it is important for us to keep our team together, to foster a multidisciplinary working environment.”

The 13,000 sq ft office space will have capacity for 150 staff members and will feature breakout areas, pods and meeting rooms, with a pool table and bar area.

The agency will also create an events space three times larger than its current auditorium to host community-based development sprints, networking sessions and popular in-house social events.

A custom-built User Experience (UX) testing lab to support their digital strategy service offering will also be built, which will feature eye-tracking and biometric technology alongside a flexible workshop area to support the agency’s “discovery” process.

Matt Smith, Head of Strategy at CTI Digital, said: “The new User Experience lab will enable us to extend our already popular UX and strategy offering.

“We pride ourselves on taking the time to understand clients’ business requirements, which will be enhanced by our new collaborative workshop spaces.

“As the fastest growing area of the business, we are excited to embrace the latest technology to optimise every project for the end user.“

The agency’s facilities will be available to rent to clients and local businesses.

Mr Rhind added: “Our new office will allow us to play an increasingly active role in the Manchester tech community, by hosting events and providing access to state-of-the-art testing facilities.

“This move ushers in a new era for CTI, helping us to work closely in partnership with clients, in a space designed to further develop our unique service offering.”
