Manchester City vs Leicester outcome predicted by supercomputer as Liverpool FC watch on

The Premier League title race is going to go down to the wire but will Manchester City or Liverpool have the edge heading into the final day?

That's the question on everyone's lips as Man City prepare for their final home game of the season against Leicester City this evening.

The Blues must beat Leicester to move back to the top of the Premier League ahead of their final match of the campaign away at Brighton on Sunday.

Liverpool have a two-point lead at the summit but only have one match remaining at home to Wolves on Sunday.

Who will win the title is the million-dollar question and whilst we don't have the answer to that, a supercomputer developed by the University of Reading has crunched the numbers and predicted the clash between Man City and Leicester.

Liverpool FC boss Jurgen Klopp reveals whether he will watch Man City vs Leicester

Brendan Rodgers' side head to the home of the champions with the aim of continuing their good run of form that has seen them lose just twice since his arrival in February.

The Foxes have won five of their last seven matches, including a 3-0 dismantling of Arsenal last time out.

Man City know how to stop Leicester in title race with Liverpool FC

But the supercomputer isn't holding out much hope for Leicester tonight, as they take on Pep Guardiola's second-placed side.

The supercomputer is predicting a 2-0 win for the hosts, and it is proving fairly accurate with six correct results out of nine so far in the penultimate round, having also offered verdicts on the weekend's games.

You've seen what the supercomputer has predicted tonight, now it's time to have your say ahead of next week.

Round 39 fixtures to be played on May 12th: Brighton vs Man City, Burnley vs Arsenal, Leicester City vs Chelsea, Liverpool vs Wolves, Spurs vs Everton.
