Manchester City star says 'nobody' wants Liverpool to win Premier League title

Manchester City's Raheem Sterling has made a cheeky comment regarding Premier League rivals Liverpool.

The England attacker was accepting the Integrity and Impact award for his work off the field, as he has spoken prominently and passionately against racism in football.

During his acceptance speech at the BT Sports Industry Awards, Sterling was asked about title race pressure.

To which the 24-year-old responded: "It is exciting to be fair. Especially before the game yesterday, you know it's any little slip and you've got the Liverpool guys that can go on top of you.

"You don't want that, I don't want that...I don't think anybody wants that.

"So you try to do your best to make sure you win the game."
