The city ravaged by incel killer Jake Davidson is being supported by councillors who handled the aftermath of the Manchester Arena bomb.
Representatives of Plymouth’s Keyham, where gunman Davison shot five last Thursday, are receiving advice as they and other locals remain "in shock."
Labour councillor Dr Charlotte Cree told the Sunday Mirror yesterday: "Working with the community we’re coming up with short-term response plans and medium term recovery plans.
"Councillors have been speaking to other places like Manchester about how we can do the best to support people.
"They reached out to us about how they helped people [after the bombings] to give us an idea of what to do next.
"We’re still in shock and still just trying to put in the immediate support."

Some 22 people, including children, died when terrorist Alman Abedia released a suicide bomb at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester four years ago.
The mercy bid comes as former secretary David Blunkett writes exclusively today on last week’s gun tragedy.
As locals reel from the atrocity, many are attending makeshift help centres set up at a primary school and church in Keyham, said Dr Cree.
Mental health support, social services and local child bereavement charity Jeremiah’s Journey can all be accessed at the sites.

Fellow councillor Bill Stevens added: "Everybody is still reeling and it’s going to be a long time getting the community back in one place if we can."
Meanwhile last night it was claimed Davidson had viewed YouTube videos made by British neo-Nazi Mark Collett.
Web investigators said a ‘deep’ trawl of the killer’s internet history found he had viewed content by Collett, who is the leader of Patriotic Alternative - a UK organisation with fascist values.
