Manager job at Leeds Lidl store on offer - and the pay's not bad either

German supermarket chain Lidl has two managerial vacancies at its Yorkshire stores.

The budget giant and main rival to Aldi has shift manager roles going at stores in Hunslet inLeeds and at a store in Knaresborough.

Pay starts at £10.30 an hour but can increase to £12.70 an hour 'depending on experience and London weighting'. You also get £2 extra an hour for working between midnight and 5am.

Perks include a 'generous holiday allowance' and money off your food shop and leisure activities.

The job spec reads: "This isn’t clocking in and clocking out. This is helping us run like clockwork.

"Our shift managers keep our stores running like clockwork. From motivating the team and delegating tasks, to rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in, our shift managers help us to maintain our high standards every day...

"You will help satisfy customers and be the crucial difference in ensuring your store meets our targets. It’s fast-paced, and can be tough, but you’ll see the rewards from putting in the hard work."
