Man wounded in Old Town shooting

A man was shot and wounded Friday in Old Town on the North Side.

The shooting happened about 7:35 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Clark Street, Chicago police said.

He took himself to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said. His condition was not known.

Area Central detectives are investigating. Additional details have not been released.
