Police have charged a 26-year-old man after an incident in Cardiff South on Thursday.
About 11:37pm, members of the public called police to alert them to a white Holden Commodore doing burnouts on Waterview Road.

Police said the car became bogged in wet grass and officers arrived to find the vehicle abandoned.
A 26-year-old man approached police shortly after.
Police said they could smell liquor on the man's breath and he was only wearing a pair of board shorts and had no shoes.
Police identified the man as the driver of the car and subjected him to a roadside breath test which returned a positive result.
Officers arrested the man and took him to Belmont Police Station where a breath analysis gave the reading of 0.129, classed as mid-range.
The man's licence had expired on September 13.
He was charged with a number of driving offences including drive mid-range PCA.
He is due to appear in court later this month.
