A man with dementia has been reported missing from the Northwest Side.
Victor Macatangay, 77, was last seen July 4 in the 5000 block of North Mobile Avenue in the Jefferson Park neighborhood, Chicago police said.
He has dementia and may be driving a black Toyota Rav 4 with the license plate number VMH408, police said.
People who know his whereabouts are asked to call Area North SVU detectives at 312-744-8266.
