A Katie Price super-fan has been told he risks his nose collapsing after undergoing his fourth rhinoplasty.
Nathan Thursfield, 25, but has decided to undergo the knife again - this time to look like Kylie Jenner .
But Nathan, who is from Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, has been told there is an 80% chance his nose will cave in because the cartilage won’t be able to last.
He was pictured in the national newspapers leaving his latest £7,000 procedure on the arm of his husband Michael Gibbons, reports StokeonTrentLive .
Nathan is a reality TV star who has appeared on Botched Up Bodies, as well as Loose Women alongside Katie.
He said: "I love Kylie Jenner so this time I asked my surgeon if he could get my nose more shaped to emulate hers.
"It is definitely the most painful nose job I've had. It was so bad that I even had to call an ambulance at 2am as I didn't think I could breathe but luckily it was fine.
"I've had to have two splints inserted in to stop it from collapsing and they'll be in for at least two weeks. There's hardly any cartilage left.
"It took me three years to persuade the doctor to carry out the procedure.
"I had to sign all legal documents not to pursue legal action if my nose did collapse. The next few weeks are vital.
"Every time I have something done I always say that's it because of the pain but I never stick to that."
Nathan's latest surgery comes just days after he returned from Turkey to have a £10,000 smile makeover at the same clinic Katie and other celebrities use.
It was the latest in a long list of tweaks Nathan has made to his body including chin implants, cheek fillers, lip fillers, botox and liposuction on his arms and back.
Despite being diagnosed with body dysmorphia which has left him constantly wanting to update his appearance.
His next already booked in for six-pack laser surgery next April.
Nathan, who is now recovering at home, added: "They're going to take fat from elsewhere and then put it in my stomach to create a six pack.
"With my age group it's all about image. We all look up to the Kardashians. I'm also booked in to have the Kylie Jenner package where you get a load of fillers done in your face.
"I like the feminine look with full lips and a small nose. When I was growing up there was a time that I wondered if I should have been born a girl but that was just a phase.
"My husband thinks I should stop now but as soon as I get some money I can't help myself. It's caused arguments in the past but I'm quite stubborn.
"I had therapy for six months when I was diagnosed with body dysmorphia but she was only telling me what I already knew.
"I think I will probably stop when something goes wrong."
Katie – who Nathan first met when he was 12 – herself has landed in headlines due to her 'enhancements' which include facelifts, boob jobs and butt lifts.
And Nathan believes the mother-of-five has now taken her surgery too far.
Nathan, who raises cash through TV appearances and magazine deals, said: "She still looks gorgeous but she has overdone it. Whenever I see her, I tell her that. I know it sounds a little two-faced!
"She's bankrupt now so maybe she won't be able to afford anything for a bit.
"I did get in debt when I was younger and naive and that funded my first nose job. However I owe nobody anything now, I’m sensible with money.
"I earned a lot of money from doing magazine interviews and reality TV, including a £12,000 fee for my wedding in Las Vegas and was filmed for Channel 5 and sold my wedding pictures to The Sun."
