The 19-year-old took the picture to prove wrong a pal who told him it was impossible to organise it.
He got the sausage dogs in pairs and used a squeaky ball to distract them.
Then he pressed the shutter and managed to capture the brilliant photograph at his home in Rhondda, South Wales.
Dachshunds Lottie, Daisy, Dudley, Wallie, Diamond, Ruby, Benjie, Buster, Bonnie, Ziggy, Sammy, Kizzy, Kiki, Zac, Duke and Saffie look very well-behaved in the snap.
Liam, who longs to open his own dog groomers, has competed in dog shows with his prize pets.
It's no surprise they're good at impressing judges when they pose for snaps with such refinement.
