Man who 'may not have medication with him' believed to be missing from village near Bristol

A man who may not have his medication with him is believed to have gone missing from a village near Bristol.

Tom Cleaver was last seen at his home in Flax Bourton, North Somerset, at around 7.30pm on Wednesday, April 10.

Mr Cleaver was not in his room the following morning, although he does have a part-time cleaning job with his hours between 6am and about 11am.

The 56-year-old lives in Post Office Lane in the village.

Police say he may appear confused and could become angry, but he is not violent.

One of Mr Cleaver's neighbours received a text from him saying he was on a coach, although he did not specify where he was going.

How does a missing person investigation work?

He is known to occasionally travel into the centre of Bristol, a short distance away.

Mr Cleaver is described as a white man, about 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build and with receding grey hair.

His clothing when he was last seen is described as "casual".

In a statement, Avon and Somerset Police said: "It is possible that Tom does not have medication with him.
