Man wants to leave £20K to Bristol glamour model he spoke to on Babestation

A man has launched an appeal to trace a Bristol glamour model he met on Babestation so he can  leave thousands of pounds of his inheritance to her.

Thomas Weir, who lives in Milton Keynes, hopes to track down "Laura Jones" after speaking to her for one year on the sex line and webiste.

After suffering for years with debilitating diabetes and an MRSA infection, Thomas, who has had his lower right leg amputated, fears he might not have long left.

When he dies, he could have anything up to £20,000 in his bank account and he would like the money to go to Laura.

"I'm not a stalker or anything like that," the 50-year-old explains. "I don't want to get in touch with her, that's not me. I think she'll spend the money wisely and she's such a lovely person, she is a loon - very funny."

According to Thomas - who is originally from Greenock, Scotland - she used to wear her hair in pigtails and had links to Pumpkin Film Production, formerly based on Ebenezer Street.

Laura is believed to be 41, but it is not known if she was using a pseudonym when talking to Thomas.

He says the model could have left Bristol by now and her former profession, but he's hoping her family could still live in the area

"My nephews and nieces all live abroad and are doing very well," Thomas said. "I have no children and there is no one else I would like to leave the money to."

Although Thomas' intentions for his assets are clear, he will not be able to leave his money to 'Laura" unless she can be properly identified.

Graham Southorn, a legacy planner for Maplebrook Wills, said: "For someone to receive inheritance as much information as is required to identify the beneficiary. The executors of a will have to be able to find the intended beneficiary - they can be held personally liable if a claim is made. So they need enough information to do that."

Thomas hopes someone in Bristol will recognise the description of Laura and be able to help him find her.
