A man is alleged to have performed a sex act on himself in front of two women on the Northern Line while pretending to be asleep.
The first victim boarded the northbound train at Tuffnell Park and sat opposite a man who looked to be asleep at around 9.40pm on December 23, 2022.
She later realised that the man was pretending to be asleep but had actually been masturbating. She quickly moved to another carriage.
The man is believed to have left the train at East Finchley.
Later that evening, a second woman boarded the northbound Northern Line train at Leicester Square and took a seat.
The same man boarded the train at Camden and sat opposite her. At first he looked asleep but she later realised he had exposed himself.
She then verbally confronted him before leaving the train at West Finchley.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
