Man vanishes from Glasgow Pollok Park after attending Antiques Roadshow filming

Police have launched an appeal after the disappearance of a man who attended Pollok Park on Tuesday for the filming of BBC's Antiques Roadshow.

Graeme Corbett was last seen at around 10am in the Pollok country park area, after attending the event on July 4 - where locals had been invited to view and bring their own artefacts for exhibition and valuation.

Believed to be in his late 40s, Graeme is described as 5ft8 with a slim build. He has curly grey hair, a stubbly grey beard and wears glasses.

Graeme, who lives in the Alloa area, was last seen wearing a light grey blazer, dark blue trousers and carrying a bulky black rucksack.

Hundreds of people are believed to have attended the filming at Pollok Country Park on Tuesday - the first of several days of filming for a new episode of the long-running BBC series. Police have urged anyone who may recognise Graeme from that day to get in touch.

A Police spokesperson said: "If you have any information in relation to the whereabouts of Graeme, then contact 101 quoting the reference number 0775 of the 5th July 2023."
