Man Utd 'won't stop calling' Brazil's brightest €50m talent and Liverpool instruct £34m star be signed 'at all costs'

These are the latest transfer rumours from the Premier League and around the world on Friday, July 7

Man Utd 'won't stop calling' starlet

Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle United 'won't stop calling' in their attempt to hijack Barcelona's deal for Athletico Paranaense Vitor Roque.

A move for the talented Brazilian to the Nou Camp looked to have been signed and sealed but United are not giving up hope and have offered to treble the youngster's wages.

Barca have had a €30million plus €20million in bonuses deal accepted but according to reports Athletico are becoming frustrated with the lack of progress. Director Alexandre Mattos is "losing patience" report Fichajes, and a 24-hour ultimatum has now been set for the Catalans.

The same publication state United and the Premier League duo "won't stop calling" and are willing to swoop in to finalise a deal for the 18-year-old.

Klopp wants deal done 'at all costs'

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has instructed Reds chiefs to sign Torino centre-back Perr Schuurs "at all costs".

The Anfield club have brought in two signings so far - Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai - as Klopp looks to reshape his midfield ahead of the new season.

But the defence also needs addressing, with the German manager urging his recruitment team to get a deal over the line for a player he has wanted for two years.

According to Tuttosport, Liverpool have had a £25million offer rebuffed by the Italian club and will be returning with an improved £34million bid.

Schuurs had trials with the Reds when he was 17 and Klopp has instructed bosses "to get the deal over the line at any cost".

Napoli are also keen on the defender.

Partey could leave Gunners

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey could leave the club this summer, with the Gunners set to announce the record-breaking signing of Declan Rice from West Ham.

The Hammers skipper was Arsenal's number-one target all summer and is set to join for £105million.

Partey has been a solid performer for Mikel Arteta but question marks remain over his ability to stay fit. Arsenal have also seen Granit Xhaka exit the club this week, with a move to Bayer Leverkusen confirmed on Thursday.

Should Partey follow Xhaka out of the Emirates, another central midfielder would be needed in north London. Southampton's Romeo Lavia remains on their radar.

Partey has interest from Juventus and Saudi Arabia, with reports stating the player prefers a move to Serie A.

Chelsea star on his way out

Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic is on his way to AC Milan in a deal worth €20million including bonuses, according to reports in Italy.

Calciomercato.com report all the details for the deal have been agreed and all that remains is the paperwork.

The American international also had interest from Olympique Lyonnais but a bid from the French side has been rejected. The pull of playing for Milan is said to feature highly in his decision-making process.

He is set to sign a four-year deal at the San Siro and all parties hope the deal can be completed by July 10 - the first day of the club's pre-season camp at Milanello.

Pulisic will join the mass exodus from Stamford Bridge this summer, with Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and N'Golo Kante among the big-name stars leaving west London.
