Mason Greenwood, Axel Tuanzebe and Fred will all start for Manchester United against Astana in Thursday night's Europa League clash at Old Trafford.
Greenwood, 17, has impressed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with his finishing skills in training, and will spearhead a young United side in their Europa opener.
Brazilian midfielder Fred has been on the fringes of the squad since joining United in the summer of 2018, but will be handed a rare chance to impress in the starting lineup.
Meanwhile, 21-year-old centre-back Tuanzebe is also being given an opportunity, having become Solskjaer's third-choice centre-back and a regular benchwarmer in the Premier League.

Daniel James will miss out along with Paul Pogba, Luke Shaw and Anthony Martial.
The fleet-footed winger picked up a knock in Saturday's win against Leicester and was absent from United's session on Wednesday, when Pogba (ankle) and Shaw (hamstring) did individual work.
Martial (thigh) and Eric Bailly (knee) are out through injury, but Jesse Lingard (illness) and Diogo Dalot (hip) trained with the rest of the squad on the eve of the match.
