French side Monaco have joined the race for Swansea City winger Daniel James.
James has been expected to be joining Man United, but a fee is still to be agreed.
United see him as worth around £10million, while Swansea are looking for double that price, despite James heading into the last year of his contract.

Cellino to battle Leeds for striker
Leeds United will have to fend off interest from Brescia if they want to sign striker Florian Aye from French club Clermont Foot.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Brescia are keen to recruit the forward this summer.
The Italian team will return to Serie A next season after winning promotion with former Leeds owner Massimo Cellino in charge.
Aye hit 18 goals for the Ligue 2 side last term and the 22-year-old is a wanted man this summer.
West Brom defender wanted
Kieran Gibbs is a surprise transfer target for Turkish side Fenerbahce, according to reports.
The left-back has established himself in the Baggies first-team after joining from Arsenal in 2017 and he made 36 appearances last season.
West Brom are willing to let him leave for around £3.5m who is wanted by Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli.
However, the Turkish outfit are hoping to knock the price down to around £2m.
Preston eye Newcastle midfielder
Preston North End are one of the sides interested in signing Newcastle United midfielder Dan Barlaser.
Lancs Live report that the box-to-box midfielder is attracting interest from a host of Championship after an impressive loan at Accrington Stanley last season.
Wigan Athletic are another of the teams keen in the race for the 22-year-old.
Barlaser could be rewarded with a new contract at Newcastle before heading out on loan again for the season.
Villa hunt forward
Aston Villa have been linked with a move for Swansea City forward Andre Anyew, according to FootballGhana.
The Ghana captain is expected to leave the Swans this summer and the 29-year-old has emerged as a target for Dean Smith.
Smith is building his side for the Premier League after this promotion with Swansea keen to get his wages out of the club.
