Manchester United stars are said to be furious with the contracts given to three of their players.
Ashley Young, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones have all signed fresh terms at Old Trafford since Christmas despite disappointing performances.
But United are still playing hard ball over David De Gea's demands to match highest earner Alexis Sanchez whilst Ander Herrera and Juan Mata have also failed to agree new deals.
According to The Times , some members of the United dressing room feel the English trio are undeserving of their new contracts considering the approach towards other squad members from the club in recent months.
Despite being limited to just 24 appearances this season due to injury problems, Jones penned a new four-and-a-half year deal in February.
That came just two months after fellow defender Smalling agreed to stay at the club until 2022, whilst Young has also been given a one-year contract extension.
All three players have been amongst those criticised by fans for their performances in recent months as United missed out on the Premier League top four.
The disharmony in the dressing room comes as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer prepares to try and rebuild his squad.
Herrra and previous club captain Antonio Valencia has already left after their contracts expired, whilst the Norwegian has identified Mata, Matteo Darmian, Romelu Lukaku and Marcos Rojo as players he wants to follow suit.
Lukaku has been heavily linked with Inter Milan, whilst United have their eyes on numerous players to strengthn their own squad.
